As an ECT, you will receive extensive support throughout your induction, ensuring you develop into a confident and skilled teacher. You will benefit from a dedicated mentor within the Maths department, regular one-to-one coaching, and a structured CPD programme tailored to your development needs. Weekly observations and feedback will help refine your teaching practice, while collaborative planning sessions will provide opportunities to share ideas and strategies. The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Maths ECT to join a supportive secondary school in Hall Green. You will teach Maths across KS3 and KS4, helping students build confidence in their mathematical abilities.
