The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Science ECT to join a supportive secondary school in Northfield. You will teach across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging and practical science lessons that inspire curiosity and critical thinking. You will receive full ECT induction support, regular CPD, and mentoring to help you develop into an effective and confident teacher. The role also offers opportunities to take part in extracurricular science activities, helping to foster a love for the subject beyond the classroom.
 
The Candidate
The school is looking for a passionate and dedicated Science ECT with strong subject knowledge and a commitment to delivering high-quality lessons. You should be confident in breaking down complex scientific concepts, creating an inclusive learning environment, and encouraging students to engage with the subject. Strong classroom management skills and a willingness to contribute to department initiatives will be highly valued.
