The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Maths ECT to join a supportive secondary school and develop their teaching practice in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4, ensuring students build strong problem-solving skills and confidence in the subject.   • Observation and feedback sessions: Structured classroom observations with detailed feedback from your mentor and school leadership.

  • Workload management strategies: Guidance on lesson planning, marking, and time management.
