SEND Teacher – Key Stage 3 & 4 – Birmingham
This excellent SEND school with proactive leadership, a friendly team and happy students is looking for a dedicated Teacher to join their team, to support students with moderate learning needs at Key Stage 3 and 4. Job Role:

• Teaching a broad and engaging curriculum to students with moderate learning difficulties
• Creating tailored lessons that support individual learning needs and encourage progress
• Working collaboratively with support staff to provide a structured and inclusive learning environment
• Encouraging students' independence, confidence, and social development
• Monitoring student progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively using a positive and supportive approach

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching students with special educational needs is desirable
• A patient, creative, and adaptable teaching style
• Strong classroom management and the ability to differentiate learning effectively
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
