We are working with an alternative provision in Birmingham that is seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join their team and support students in achieving their potential.

This role involves teaching small classes of Key Stage 3 and 4 students, delivering engaging and accessible English lessons that cater to a range of learning needs. The school provides a structured and supportive environment with a strong pastoral team, helping students to re-engage with their education. Strong behaviour management skills and a nurturing approach are essential to succeed in this role.

Job Role:

• Teaching English to Key Stage 3 and 4 students in an alternative provision setting.
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual needs.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and providing emotional support.
• Working closely with the pastoral team to ensure student progress and well-being.
• Encouraging a positive attitude towards learning and achievement.
