Are you a passionate Teaching Assistant with a love for creative subjects? A specialist secondary academy in Birmingham is looking for a Teaching Assistant to support students across Key Stage 4 and 5. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic school with a strong focus on academic success and creativity.

You will be working closely with teachers and learners in a unique and innovative environment, supporting young people with a variety of needs to engage in their learning. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting in a secondary school or creative learning setting and be confident building relationships with students. Experience as a Teaching Assistant is essential for this role.

Job Role:
• Supporting learners in creative and academic subjects across Key Stage 4 and 5.
• Providing 1-2-1 and small group support to students with a range of learning needs.
• Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom management.
• Encouraging student participation and engagement, particularly in digital-based learning.
• Supporting students' social, emotional, and academic development.
