This role requires previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, LSA, or Behaviour Mentor, supporting children who have SEMH needs. Job Role:

• Providing tailored support for a child with SEMH needs.
• Working closely with an experienced team of teaching assistants to provide the best possible support.
• Understanding a range of SEMH and Special Educational Needs.
• Supporting the child on a 1-2-1 basis, delivering intervention where required.
• Managing behaviours, helping the child to engage with lessons.
• Recording progress of the child and reporting to the SENCO.
