The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support teaching and learning across a range of subjects in Key Stage 3 and 4. You will assist in classrooms, deliver small group sessions, and provide one-to-one interventions to help students who need additional support. You’ll work closely with class teachers and the wider school team to ensure pupils remain engaged and on track to meet their academic goals.

The Candidate
This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is passionate about education and considering a career in teaching. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting young people are essential. Previous experience working with secondary-aged students is an advantage but not a requirement.
