The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers across different year groups to support pupils in both their academic and personal development. You will provide one-to-one and small group support, assist in classroom activities, and help deliver intervention sessions to ensure all students have the opportunity to succeed.

The Candidate
This role is ideal for a graduate with a passion for education who is considering a career in teaching. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine interest in supporting young learners are essential. Previous experience working with children, either in a school or informal setting, is beneficial but not required.
