The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be providing support for an experience class teacher, running small group activities in the lessons, delivering literacy and numeracy interventions, and supporting children with their reading. You will be contributing to the raising of attainment and helping children to prepare for their formal examinations.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate who is considering a career in teaching.  The school is looking for a creative, caring and proactive graduate who is passionate about working with children. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role. Previous experience working with children, either in a school or informal setting, is beneficial but not required.
