The Role
In this role, you will support children who may need additional help with their learning, behaviour, or emotional regulation. Working under the guidance of class teachers and SENCOs, you will help deliver targeted interventions, provide one-to-one support, and contribute to a positive classroom environment. You’ll gain invaluable hands-on experience with child development and behaviour management strategies.

The Candidate
This role is ideal for a Psychology graduate who is interested in educational or child psychology, mental health, or teaching. You should be compassionate, patient, and confident in working with children of varying needs and abilities. Previous experience supporting children in any setting is helpful but not essential.
