The Role
In this role, you will work closely with experienced science teachers to provide support during lessons and lead small group intervention sessions. Your aim will be to raise attainment, boost student confidence, and encourage engagement with science. With access to excellent lab facilities and resources, you’ll gain first-hand experience of effective science teaching in a secondary setting. Best part of this role?  You will be involved in running practical lessons!

This role is ideal for a recent Science graduate with strong subject knowledge and a keen interest in secondary education. You should be enthusiastic, well-organised, and capable of breaking down scientific concepts into accessible explanations. Whether your background is in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics, a genuine passion for helping students succeed is essential.
