The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support learning in the classroom and deliver small group, and 1-2-1 interventions focused on raising attainment. Your role will involve helping to plan and deliver engaging activities, tracking pupil progress, and supporting pupils who may be falling behind in core subjects.

The Candidate
This role would suit a proactive and enthusiastic graduate with strong academic credentials and a genuine interest in education. You should be able to communicate effectively, motivate pupils, and work well as part of a team. Experience working with children is beneficial, but not essential – a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key.
