We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Administration/Finance Assistant to support our office team with a variety of administrative and financial tasks. This is a part-time position, ideal for someone with previous experience in finance or office administration looking for a flexible role.
Key Responsibilities:- Inputting monthly stock figures into Excel spreadsheets
- Cashbook processing and reconciliation
- Managing credit control tasks
- Assisting with purchase ledger invoice processing, including matching invoices to delivery notes
- Reconciling credit card statements by matching receipts and processing entries
What We’re Looking For:- Previous experience in an administrative or finance-related role
- Good working knowledge of Excel and basic accounting processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Friendly and professional attitude
