Job Description
£32.93ph
Therapist with local authority experience. They will be responsible for assessing people’s functional abilities within their own homes. Provide a strength based intervention plan in conjunction with the client that enables them to live well in their communities through the provision of advice, therapeutic interventions, equipment and adaptations
