SEND Tribunal Officer, Lancashire 
Managing a caseload of around 40 SEND appeals from initial response through to final hearing.  
  
Must have experience of representing the Local Authority in SEND appeal hearings.   
  
Please submit umbrella day rate on the CV the role is hybrid so please do not submit candidates that can't attend meetings on Lancashire  
  
Sound knowledge of First Tier Tribunal processes and managing the working document process 
Pay - £300 per day
