Job Description
Pay rate £27 per hour
Relevant Experience in:
- Working with individuals with Learning Disabilities
- Completing assessment support planning and Capacity assessments
- Experience working with ICB/ CHC completing checklists and attending relevant funding discussion's.
- Court of Protection applications and safeguarding triage and enquiries.
- Able to manage a varied caseload of individuals with competing priorities, organisational skills are important.
