Role Overview: - Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (Dependent on experience)
About You: - Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Has a proven track record of supporting children with complex learning needs, including ASD, communication difficulties, and other developmental challenges.
- Demonstrates expertise in adapting the curriculum to meet individual learning needs.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Is passionate about fostering a positive, inclusive environment where all children can thrive.
Your Responsibilities: - Plan, prepare, and deliver tailored lessons for children within the Additional Resource Provision (ARP).
- Develop and implement Educational Health Care Plans to support students’ progress and personal development.
- Use a range of strategies to support children with complex learning needs, including differentiated teaching and sensory approaches.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
- Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
