dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide
essential support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a
structured and nurturing environment.

compassionate and proactive individual to support students with a range of needs, including
Autism (ASD), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties, and Speech & Language needs.
Role Overview - Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
- Salary: £103 - £110 per day (dependant on experience)
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience working within Primary Schools or Specialist provisions
- Have experience supporting children with SEN, including ASD, SEMH, and Speech & Language needs (preferred but not essential)
- Be patient, adaptable, and able to build positive relationships with students
- Be confident in supporting students with communication challenges and emotional regulation
- Work well within a collaborative team, including teachers, SENCOs, and therapists
- Have a proactive and creative approach to engaging students in learning
Your Responsibilities: - Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with additional needs
- Assist in implementing tailored learning plans to support student progress
- Help create a safe and structured environment for students to thrive
- Support students in developing social skills, confidence, and independence
- Work alongside teachers and specialists to deliver engaging and accessible lessons
