School Administrator to provide short-term cover within their front office team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced school environment and is confident using key school systems. The successful candidate will play a vital role in keeping the school running smoothly during a period of staff absence.
Role Overview: - Interview Date: Immediate
- Contract: 2 Months from 29th May
- Salary: £103.00 - £110.00 per day (Dependent on Experience)
The ideal candidate will: - Have previous admin experience, preferably in a school setting
- Be confident using ParentPay (essential)
- Have working knowledge of Arbor (desirable)
- Be highly organised with a professional, friendly manner
- Communicate clearly and effectively with staff, students, and families
- Be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once
Responsibilities will include: - Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and phone/email enquiries
- Maintaining pupil records and assisting with attendance and admissions
- Managing school payments and communications via ParentPay
- Supporting senior staff and colleagues with general administrative tasks
