Job Description
Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity to support students in a vibrant school setting? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic TA to assist teachers and help foster a positive learning environment across a range of subjects.
Pay: £90-£100 per day
Location: Barnet
Start Date: November
Interview Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects.
- Support classroom management, helping maintain a positive and focused learning environment.
- Provide tailored one-on-one and group support to students, particularly those requiring extra assistance.
- Help students develop study skills, build confidence, and foster a love for learning.
- Assist in the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources.
- Contribute to the overall welfare and personal development of students.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is essential.
- Previous experience working with children or young people (voluntary or paid).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A genuine passion for education and supporting student achievement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students and staff.
