Job Description
Are you passionate about education and eager to make a meaningful impact in the classroom? We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide vital support to students and teachers across various subjects in a dynamic school environment.
Pay: £90-£105 per day
Location: Hackney
Start Date: November
Interview Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons across a range of subjects.
- Help maintain classroom order, ensuring a positive and focused learning environment.
- Provide one-to-one support to students who need additional help with specific subjects or tasks.
- Work closely with students to develop study skills, boost confidence, and foster a love for learning.
- Support teachers in preparing learning materials and organising classroom resources.
Requirements:
- Experience working with young people (voluntary or paid) is desirable.
- Recent graduate with a strong academic background.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with both students and staff.
