Job Description
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and qualified Key Stage 1 Teacher to join a warm and inclusive school community in Barnet. Pay: £170.00-£250.00 per day

Position: Part-Time
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, part-time lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum, focusing on literacy, numeracy, and foundational skills.
- Create a welcoming, inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and a love for learning.
- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate various learning needs and abilities.
- Monitor and assess student progress through various assessment methods, offering constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure a cohesive learning experience for each child.
- Engage in school meetings, events, and professional development to stay informed on new teaching practices and curriculum updates.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- Experience or strong interest in teaching Key Stage 1.
- Effective classroom management skills to foster an engaging and structured learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for productive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
- A commitment to helping young learners reach their full potential.
