Job Description
Are you passionate about education and eager to make a positive impact in the classroom? We are seeking a dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant to support students and teachers across various subjects in a vibrant school environment.
Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant
Pay: £90-£100 per day
Location: Islington
Interview Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons across a range of subjects.
- Help maintain classroom management by ensuring a positive, organized, and focused learning atmosphere.
- Provide one-on-one assistance to students needing extra help with specific subjects or tasks.
- Work closely with students to foster study skills, confidence, and a love for learning.
- Support teachers in preparing learning materials and classroom resources.
Requirements:
- Experience working with young people (voluntary or paid) is desirable.
- Recent graduate with a strong academic background.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Genuine passion for education and student development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
