Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Barnet – Immediate Start

About the Role: 

• Location: Barnet 

• Pay: £90-£110 per day 

• Start Date: January

• Interview Date: ASAP 

 
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students reach their full potential. Working closely with teachers, you will provide tailored support to ensure students feel confident, motivated, and engaged in their learning. 
 
What We Are Looking For 

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). 

• Experience working with children in a primary school setting. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and staff. 

• The ability to support students with a range of needs, including those requiring additional help with their learning. 

• A proactive and adaptable approach to working in a busy school environment. 

 
Key Responsibilities 

• Supporting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons across various subjects. 

• Providing one-on-one and small group support tailored to students’ individual needs. 

• Encouraging positive behaviour and creating a safe, inclusive learning environment. 

• Preparing and organising learning materials to support differentiated instruction. 

• Collaborating with the wider school team to ensure the best outcomes for all students.
