About the Role:- Location: Hackney
- Salary: £95.00 - £115.00 per day (dependent on experience)

The ideal candidate will have:- Experience working with children or young people with SEN, behavioural challenges, or additional needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to managing challenging behaviours.
- An understanding of strategies for supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) difficulties.
- A commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with behavioural challenges.
- Implement strategies to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours effectively.
- Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to develop and deliver personalised support plans.
- Act as a positive role model, promoting resilience, self-regulation, and social skills.
- Monitor and track student progress, adapting support as needed to achieve positive outcomes.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where every student feels valued and supported.
