The Role:
As our HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our school’s vision and values through effective HR practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
• Provide guidance and support to staff on HR policies and procedures
• Assist in the performance management process and staff training initiatives
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and best practices
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
• Collaborate with school leadership to enhance employee engagement and wellbeing

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience working in HR, ideally within a school environment
• A solid understanding of HR best practices and employment law
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently
• A genuine passion for supporting education and enhancing staff experience
