Are you a passionate and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) teacher looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with additional needs? We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced SEN teacher to join our vibrant team at our specialist SEN school in Ealing starting January 2025.

Position Overview: As an SEN teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education and personalised learning plans to our students. You will work collaboratively with a team of dedicated professionals, including teaching assistants, therapists, and support staff, to ensure that each child reaches their potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement engaging and inclusive lesson plans tailored to the individual needs of students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning styles.
- Foster a supportive and positive classroom environment that encourages independence and confidence.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each child's education and wellbeing.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our school's SEN provision.
Qualifications and Experience:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience working in a SEN school or with students with special educational needs.
- Knowledge of various SEN strategies, interventions, and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
- A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with special needs.
