An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a thriving primary school in the Wembley area. The school is seeking an enthusiastic HLTA who can confidently support teaching and learning across Year 3 and Year 4.
The Role:
- Deliver high-quality learning activities and interventions across the primary age range.
- Lead whole-class teaching when required, following lesson plans set by teachers.
- Support individual and small groups of pupils to raise attainment and engagement.
- Work closely with teaching staff to plan and adapt resources to meet the needs of all learners.
- Contribute to the positive, inclusive, and nurturing ethos of the school.
- Proven experience teaching and leading children within a school setting.
- Confidence working across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, flexible, and supportive approach.
- HLTA status or equivalent experience.
