  • Implementing behaviour strategies, de-escalation techniques and personalised intervention plans.
  • Supporting academic engagement, communication and confidence-building.
  • Promoting a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
  • Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists and pastoral leads.
What We’re Looking For
  • A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people.
  • Strong emotional resilience, patience and a calm approach.
  • Experience with challenging behaviour, youth work, mentoring or SEND (desirable but not essential).
  • Graduates in Psychology, Criminology, Youth Studies, Social Sciences or similar are encouraged to apply.
  • A desire to pursue training in SEMH, mental health, counselling or therapeutic pathways.
What the School Offers
  • Exceptional training in behaviour support, therapeutic approaches and trauma-informed practice.
  • A supportive and collaborative staff team.
  • Opportunities for long-term progression, including HLTA training, ELSA training and routes into teaching or therapy roles.
