Recruitment Consultant

Recruitment Consultant, paying £26,000 plus uncapped commission OTE £28,000 to £32,000, company laptop & mobile phone, based at Elmbridge Court, Gloucester, working Monday to Friday 07:30 to 16:30 & 08:30 to 17:30, free on-site parking, break area, free hot drinks, access to a company car after successful probation period, fully supported company training program provided.
Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Consultant at Pertemps, you will receive full training to excel in your role. You will use your strong communication skills to build lasting relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues, matching people to both temporary and permanent jobs. Your role involves providing expert support and advice, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the entire recruitment process
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
• Overseeing contract governance and worker care
• Handling payroll and pre-employment screening
• Driving continuous improvement in service delivery
