Rate: £46K to £49K per annum
 
We are recruiting for motivated qualified social worker to join our busy team. This role is with one of the UK’s highest performing local authorities, serving as one of the best places to live and work in.
 

• Case Load of up to 20 children
• Full time 35 hours per week
• Hybrid working available, WFH except during duty week and certain face-to-face meetings

 
Job Purpose:
 
To act as a senior specialist member of a social work unit providing effective oustanding or excellentg social work services to children and their families, with the purpose of safeguarding and promoting their welfare.
 
To discharge the authority’s responsibilities under teh Children Acts 1989 & 2004 and other relevant legislation in respect of CIN, CP and CIC.
 
All post-holders are expected to maintain professional standards of practice and to work in accorance with SWE standards and the division’s values, strategic objectives, procedures, and managerial guidance.
