Business Support Officer, Adult Social Care, Yorkshire
Pay rate £25 per hour
Contract role – expected to be 6 months, Full Time hours

Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Business Support Officer in Yorkshire.
This is to support a Team of Social Workers, within an Adult Social Work team.
There is some hybrid working available.
As a Business Support Officer you will support the Project Team Manager and will be the backbone of daily operations. Some responsibilities include:

Arranging the Care Act review meetings on behalf of the Social Worker, Provider and Service User.

Collate and track KPI’s to ensure the team is on target

Provide support in project management, assisting in coordination and implementation of business initiatives

Who are we looking for?
Essential:

Proven experience in a business support or administrative role.

Experience working with spreadsheets and databases

Ability to deal with sensitive and complex information

Experience of analysing data

Excellent Microsoft skills

Strong organisational and planning skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Desirable:

Experience in using Adults and Health database recording systems

Experience of working in Social Care sector
