SEN Teaching Assistant - Haringey - Immediate Start

Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Location: Haringey
Interview Date: Immediate
Contract: Full-Time / Permanent
Salary: £103 - £110 per day (dependent on experience)

What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a dedicated and flexible Learning Support Assistant who:

Has experience supporting children with SEND, including autism, speech and language difficulties, or complex learning needs.
Demonstrates patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
Can provide both one-on-one and small-group support to enhance learning and social development.
Works collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other staff to create a supportive educational environment.
Is proactive, adaptable, and committed to helping students develop confidence and independence.

Your Responsibilities:

Offer individualized support to students, helping them engage with lessons and achieve their learning goals.
Assist in developing and implementing personalized learning strategies tailored to each student’s needs.
Encourage positive behavior, emotional well-being, and social skills development.
Work alongside teachers to modify classroom activities and ensure accessibility for all learners.
Contribute to a safe, structured, and inclusive school environment where students feel supported and motivated.
