My client based in Leicester are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their growing business on a full time role.
Responsibilities- Reconciliation of supplier statements as a Payroll Administrator.
- Resolve older queries on Supplier accounts.
- Timely identification and resolution of queries involving liaison by phone or written communication with internal staff and external suppliers.
- Provide support as needed for the accounts team.
- To assist the payroll manager during “payroll time” and learn how to run all 6 end to end payrolls, taking ownership of 2 of them as a Payroll Administrator
- Responding to payroll queries from colleagues
- Running payroll reports, plus ad-hoc reports when necessary.
- Updating the HR system with pay changes as a Payroll administrator
- admin for our Nest Pension Schemes.
Experience required - 2 years payroll administration experience is essential
- Must have End to end Payroll experience
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Good accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to prioritise and organize workload as a Payroll administrator.
- A willingness to get stuck in and use own initiative.
