Adults Social Worker - Greater Manchester

Pertemps Social Care are supporting the Greater Manchester Local authorities by recruiting experienced social workers to join their Adult Social Care teams.  Key Details:
The roles will require you to have a working and professional understanding of the following:

• Discharge to assessment
• Community
• Learning Disabilities
• Mental Health

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assessing needs
• Safeguarding
• Care planning
• Collaboration
• Crisis intervention
• Reviews 

You will be working in fast paced teams environment and be committed to improving the care of vulnerable adults.  You will need to be able to work well in a team setting and have excellent interpersonal and written skills.
The successful applicant will have a background of working in a similar settings.
Candidate Requirements: 

• A degree in Social Work 
• Registration with Social Work England (SWE)
• 3 years post qualifying experience
