*** £350 - £400 per day (depending on experience)

*** Supporting complex needs on a 1:1 and small group basis
As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and emotional development of children with SEN. You will work closely with teachers and SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that caters to the diverse needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide tailored support to children with SEN, both in small groups and on a one-to-one basis, to assist their learning and development.
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) under the guidance of the SENCO.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt learning materials and activities to meet the individual needs of students with SEN.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom, promoting social interaction and emotional well-being among students.
- Record and report on the progress and development of students with SEN, maintaining accurate and confidential records.
