As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a vital part in our operations, with responsibilities including:

• Advert Writing: Create engaging and professional job adverts tailored to attract top-tier candidates for schools.
• Pre-screening Candidates: Conduct detailed phone interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for specific roles.
• CV Writing and Profile Creation: Help candidates showcase their skills and experiences effectively by tailoring CVs and building comprehensive profiles.
• Compliance: Ensure all candidates meet strict safeguarding and legal requirements, maintaining our commitment to safety and integrity.
• Data Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and clients in our database.
• Interview Preparation: Provide candidates with tailored support, ensuring they feel confident and ready for interviews.
• Client and Candidate Care: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships, offering ongoing support to both schools and candidates.

 
We’re seeking someone who:

• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates outstanding organisational and time management abilities.
• Is confident working in a fast-paced environment.
• Has a keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Ideally, has experience in recruitment, education, or customer service (but we’re open to training the right candidate).
