The Role:
This KS1 Graduate Teaching Assistant position focuses on supporting under-performing pupils in Key Stage 1 to improve their academic outcomes. Working closely with teachers, you will deliver targeted interventions in reading, writing, and maths, ensuring each child receives the attention they need to succeed. You’ll also assist with classroom activities, helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
