A ‘Good’-rated 2-Form Entry primary school in the Ward of Ladywood is seeking a full-time Primary Academic Coach to support Key Stage 2 pupils from September 2025 to July 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your classroom skills and make a meaningful difference to children’s progress.
About the role:- Provide 1:1 and small group academic interventions across KS2
- Support with planning and differentiation
- Help manage behaviour and engage pupils in learning
- Work closely with class teachers to identify and support pupils’ needs
What we’re looking for:- A graduate with a strong interest in education
- Previous experience working with children or young people (voluntary or paid)
- Confident communicator with a positive, proactive attitude
- Committed to making a difference in the classroom
- Interested in pursuing a PGCE or teacher training in the future
