About the role:- Lead small group interventions to improve literacy and numeracy
- Support pupils who need additional help with learning
- Work closely with class teachers to adapt learning materials
- Build positive relationships with young learners and help maintain a focused classroom environment
What we’re looking for:- A graduate or experienced TA with a genuine passion for education
