This ‘Good’ secondary school are looking for a dedicated and passionate STEM Academic Coach to their team for the 2024-2025 academic year. This role involves providing 1:1 and small group support to students in science and maths, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted academic support in science and maths to students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
- Assist students in understanding complex concepts and solving problems in STEM subjects.
- Develop and implement engaging and effective teaching strategies tailored to individual student needs.
- Track and report on student progress, providing feedback to both students and teachers.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
Requirements:
- A strong background in STEM subjects, particularly science and maths.
- Previous experience in tutoring or academic coaching is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for education.
