*** SEN Teaching Assistant
*** Central Birmingham
*** £80-£90 per day
*** Immediate start until July 2025
*** 1:1 and small group support for pupils with slight SEN requirements.

Requirements:- At least a 2:1 bachelor’s degree in psychology, or a related field.
- Passion for the achievement of young SEN learners.
- An adaptable, flexible personality.
- Some knowledge of SEN.
- Commitment to following safeguarding procedures.
- Previous experience of working with pupils, additional support needs, or in a school setting, is beneficial but not mandatory.
The Role:- Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional learning needs such as slight autism, ADHD, or dyslexia.
- Assisting teaching staff in the adaptation of learning materials and lesson plans to suit the individual needs of each pupil.
- Working in close collaboration with teaching staff and parents to create a positive learning environment.
- Assisting in the running of extra-curricular activities.
