Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:00, Friday 08:30 - 16:30
Contract Type: Up to 12 months

We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented Print Coordinator to join the team for maternity cover. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative and sales support skills to make an impact within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process print sales proformas and orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support the team with all aspects of sales administration.
  • Ensure all paperwork is correct to guarantee customers receive the right products, at the right price, and at the correct address.
  • Keep the online whiteboard updated with the status of all print orders and related information.
  • Manage artwork submissions, ensuring timely approvals from clients.
  • Coordinate any order amendments with clients and ensure they follow company procedures.
  • Accurately file all print paperwork for easy access and reference.
  • Communicate effectively across departments to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Monitor and control costs within the Print Department to maintain efficiency while upholding high-quality standards.
  • Provide departmental cover during busy periods, sickness, or holidays.
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures in taking orders and documenting client communications.

  • Strong administrative experience, ideally within a print or sales support role.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A proactive communicator who can work well with various departments and clients.
  • Organised and able to prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
