Parcel Sorter

Full-time ongoing work for the Christmas period
Supporting the prestigious Royal Mail site in Atherstone (CV9 1LQ)
Seeking a large number of Parcel Sorters - overtime available

Work is available from October through to Christmas 2025
Working 7.5-hour shifts across a Monday to Sunday shift profile.

• Full time- 37.5 hours per week minimum (5-6 shifts)
• Part time- up to 30 hour per week (1 – 4 shifts)  

Typical shifts and pay rate

• 0630-1400 @ £14.48 per hour
• 1430-2200 @ £14.48 per hour
• 2230-0630 @ £15.74 per hour

The role involves being on your feet for the whole shift and can be physically demanding.

Pay rate will be between £14.48 - £15.74 dependant on shift start time

Working at the heart of our team as one of our Seasonal Parcel Sorters, you’ll play a key role in delivering Christmas to the nation. You’ll unload mail and parcels from our lorries, move them through our centres, and help sort letters. Helping us to deliver more for our customers is important, it’s a hands-on role, ensuring every parcel, letter and present reaches their destination, safely.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Flexibility and adaptability to switch between various tasks during a shift
• Ability to push trolleys (up to 250kg) and lift/move mail bags (up to 11kg)
• Ability to comfortably stand for longer periods
