Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time
Salary: £13.50 Per Hour
Hours: 09:00 – 17:00, 30 Minutes for lunch
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Finance Administrative Assistant to join our client in Wolverhampton.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Process invoices, track payments, and manage collections efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, financial reports, and statements.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the finance team, including scheduling meetings, managing communications, and preparing documents.
- Accurately enter financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets.
- Ensure that financial records comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Handle inquiries from customers and vendors, resolving any discrepancies in billing or payments.
- AAT Level 2 is essential.
- A valid Enhanced DBS is essential.
- Previous experience in a finance or administrative role is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and accounting software, Xero, Sage 50 and Sage Payroll.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
