We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our client in Wolverhampton on a temporary to permanent basis. If you have the required skills, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer support by handling inquiries and resolving issues related to products or orders.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update customer databases.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
- Prepare sales reports and analyse sales performance metrics.
- Manage sales contracts and other relevant documents.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
- Generate and send invoices to customers and follow up on payments.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other departments.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and organising travel arrangements.
Requirements:- Proven experience in a sales administration role or similar position.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
