Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
- Provide support during audits and month-end and year-end financial processes.
- Handle customer inquiries related to accounts and payments.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements:- Proven experience as an Accounts Administrator or in a similar financial role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
