Location: Hybrid (Mostly working from home with induction and monthly meetings held in Leicester)
Contract: Temporary until 30/09/2025
Working Hours: 9am - 17:00pm
Payrate: £12.82ph

We are looking for a Regional Learning and Development Coordinator to join our client based in Leicester. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Act as the first point of contact for Learning & Development queries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
• Work closely with key stakeholders and site leads to support training compliance and development needs.
• Organise and manage training sessions, including liaising with training providers.
• Monitor training attendance and compliance, escalating issues where necessary.
• Provide reports and insights on learning events, costs, and compliance.
• Support colleagues with LMS (Learning Management System) queries and training.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives within the Learning & Development function.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong administration and coordination skills, with experience in a similar role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using a Learning Management System (Desirable).
• Ability to travel across the region as required.
