Rehabilitation Coordinator

Job Description:
We have Rehabilitation Officer positions available in a multi-disciplinary team within our Rehabilitation Services. Our centre at Great Western Court in Gloucester is designed to support individuals with all aspects of their rehabilitation and care programs following either a discharge from hospital or admittance from the community. We provide 24-hour care for planned, unplanned and emergency stays. In this highly rewarding role, you’ll create a positive, caring and stimulating environment that meets every resident’s needs.
 
The goal is to make sure residents enjoy fulfilling and dignified lives – and you will play a big part in that. Guided by care plans and risk assessments, you will help them with personal care and medication, leading shifts as the Officer in Charge and supervising Rehabilitation Assistants. Our residents will be relying on you to give your best, so we’ll make sure you get expert support.
